Alison C. DeSimone

Music Historian - Harpsichordist

As a historian of eighteenth-century music, my mission is to promote the relevance of early music in our contemporary world. Throughout my work, I make connections between the past and present. I am especially passionate about the roles women played in the creation, performance, and consumption of eighteenth-century music.
